Maggie Rusch
Maggie has over 12 years of experience in implementing Salesforce projects. Her expertise ranges from driving product roadmaps and discovery sessions to designing and building functional solutions. In 2021, she received the "Trusted Advisor" award for her commitment to her clients.
Early in her career her focus was on Salesforce-specific change management, adoption and release communication, presenting twice at Dreamforce on the topics of “Driving Success with User Adoption” (2012) and “Maximizing Internal Salesforce Communications” (2013). She’s passionate about using the intersection of human behavior and technology to improve how people work.

Lucy Rusch
Lucy has been along for 8 years of this Salesforce journey and was one of the main reasons Maggie sought out remote work—for a better life for this adventure pup. Lucy’s main contribution to the team is boosting company morale, mostly through the form of zoomies and walk breaks every few hours.
