What you can expect
It seems like everyone and their admin has a blog these days. But while most are focused on how to build flows, write code or land your first Salesforce job, not a lot focus on the “why” and the “how”.
While Trailhead and google are great for learning how to build a formula, I would argue that it’s even more critical to learn more about how people engage with Salesforce, think about business process and use that info to build and launch savvy solutions that make people want to interact with Salesforce.
People often say that these are the intangibles, the things that cannot be taught but can only be learned. I’m here to say that’s not true and with a little help and a growth mindset, you too can approach your implementations as though you also have over a dozen years of Salesforce experience under your belt.
With a background in Psychology and Consumer Behavior and a penchant for understanding human behavior, I hope to tackle some of the less covered aspects of how to be a great Salesforce consultant.
